Totally CONFUSED here, HELP ME.

Hi All!

OK, last night in earnest I started working on the over all image and feel of my blog.  To that end, I went shopping for some things I wanted in my blog, and found them.

So, I copy the HTML coding into my text code editor, but the banners are not being allowed onto my Blog....am I doing something wrong here, or does Bravenet somehow keep us from doing such things?  The lastest one is really WEIRD, since Bravenet lists these people as a sponsored PARTNER.
